Simonstown Gaels Gals were victorious in the 1st round of the Meath LGFA Junior C Championship on Friday night last against a valiant Boardsmill side. The Gaels Gals had to lean on the side of youth giving debuts to a number of up and coming talented young ladies who mixed perfectly with the rest of the squad. Lead by our Captain Zoe Coyne the ladies put the hammer on the Boardsmill visitors from early on. Each of the 20 strong squad contributed to our victory with special mention for our debutants to adult football….the future is bright for the Gaels Gals!
